사랑 치유 -예연 
첫사랑은 내 마음에 남은 가장 빛나는 별이었다.
그 별은 세월의 흐름에도 꺼지지 않고,
어둠 속에서 나를 비추며 길을 안내한다.

그리움은 바람처럼 스쳐 지나가지만,
그 바람 속에서 나는 그때의 나를 다시 만난다.
“참 많이 좋아했구나”라는 고백은
잊힌 이름이 아니라 나 자신에게 건네는 위로다.

억눌린 감정이 풀릴 때,
내 안의 강물이 다시 흐르고
그 물결은 상처를 씻어내며
새로운 꽃을 피워낸다.

첫사랑은 아픔이면서 동시에 치유다.
그리움은 무너뜨리지 않고,
오히려 더 깊은 이해와 더 넓은 사랑으로
나를 이끌어간다.

결국 첫사랑은 끝이 아니라 시작이다.
그 기억은 내 삶을 물들이는 노래가 되어
오늘의 나를 위로하고,
내일의 나를 준비하게 한다.

Love’s Healing – Ye Yearn

My first love was the brightest star that remained in my heart.
That star has never faded with the passing of time,
and in the darkness it shines upon me, guiding my way.

 

Longing passes by like the wind,
yet within that wind I encounter the self I once was.
The confession, “I truly loved so deeply,”
is not spoken to a forgotten name, but offered as comfort to myself.

 

When suppressed emotions are released,
the river within me flows once more,
its waves washing away the wounds
and bringing forth new blossoms.

 

First love is both pain and healing.
Longing does not break me;
instead, it leads me toward deeper understanding
and a broader love.

 

In the end, first love is not an ending but a beginning.
Its memory becomes a song that colors my life,
a melody that consoles who I am today
and prepares me for the person I will be tomorrow.
